This test oven was designed with a fiberglass body and structural supports so it does not interfere with magnetic technology in the drilling equipment being tested.

Despatch received an order for a PNF Inert Atmosphere Furnace for its beryllium copper aging process. A precondition of the order was that a test be performed to confirm that a uniformity of +/- 10°F at 1000°F could be maintained.

Despatch has manufactured a low-temperature, conveyor oven for a global medical technology company to use in their unique curing application. The oven design is unique in that it includes two belts to allow two separate product streams to be processed in the oven.

Despatch has designed and manufactured a custom conveyor oven for a global surgical device supplier. The oven features a 44” wide stainless steel flat wire process belt that passes through a 500°F heated zone, then through a cooling zone with ambient air cooling.

An economical method for processing high quality loads that require inert atmospheres. Used in applications to prevent oxidation of parts being processed. The oven features a purge flow meter and a maintain flow meter, a manual 3-way nitrogen valve and a chamber pressure gauge.

A customer needed an oven for heat treating aluminum parts at 750℉ with a maximum range up to 850℉. This top-loading oven allows heavy parts to be loaded by an overhead crane. A pneumatically operated swing-up door addresses the problem of accessibility.

Despatch designed this custom clean room oven for a customer to dry their semiconductor parts in a clean room environment. The cabinet of this oven was sized and configured to maximize the amount of product dried in the oven in each batch and optimize throughput capabilities.

Inert Atmosphere Cabinet Oven for Heat Treating

This custom modified RFD cabinet oven was designed for heating various mixtures of oils. Pipes run through the ports and the small access doors are used to open quickly to manually open or close various valves, the windows to view the gauges.

A customer required a variable speed Teflon fabric belt to dry/cure photo-resist material on a glass substrate. A quartz rod slider bed was provided to minimize particulate generation. Despatch modified a HEPA filtered PCC continuous oven to meet the customers clean processing needs.

LAC Benchtop Oven with Custom Gliding Drawer

This specially designed truck with automatic engagement to a rotating drive is for warming various plastic pellets to be used in injection molding processes. The rotating cart keeps the pellets from sticking together while at temperature.

A CBD oil manufacturer needed an industrial oven for decarboxylation. Dried hemp is put into the oven bulk loaded onto pans that are loaded on racks and wheeled into the oven. The result is that the CBD oil can be extracted more readily from the baked decarboxylated plant matter which increases the yield in the process.

This unique request for a side cart on the Despatch TAC oven was needed in order to get the oven into a clean room. The second photo below shows the oven being moved through the door of the room. The cart was built around the oven controls on the side and saved the customer from having to make a larger door.

During manufacture, 22 caliber rimfire cases are filled with an impact-sensitive primer in a wet state so that the primer is stable. This primer then needs to be dried so it will detonate when the gun is fired. A continuous oven with two conveyors that carry pallets containing 300 casings every 8 seconds was requested.

A major textile manufacturer ordered Despatch TAD3-10 walk-in ovens with drawers added to allow tools to be easily removed when needed and placed back in the oven when they cool.
